Spend some time locating fashion blogs that appeal to you. Write about at least two of them. Why do they appeal to you? Do you like the way they are laid out? Do you like the imagery? Does the content inspire you? How might they inspire your own Fashion Blog?

The fashion blog http://fuckyeahfashioncouture.tumblr.com/ is a Haute Couture blog on Tumblr. This blog is very organized with it's pictures and tab buttons. There are tab buttons for different sections of the blog, including some sites where you can ask them questions and learn more about the blog owner(s). I do not enjoy the header image at the top of the screen, however. It could be more creative and colorful, and catch the eyes of visitors who click on the blog. Being a haute couture blog, there are different sections such as "Chanel" and "Black and White," and there are also tabs for "Spring 2015", "Summer 2015", etc. These tabs are something I enjoy seeing on this blog and it inspires me to customize my fashion blog to have section choices as this one does.
                     


http://treshaute.tumblr.com/ is another Haute Couture blog that is definitely more eye-catching than the one above. The header image is colorful and shows a snapshot of a creative fashion show. As for the pictures, all of them are unique and some are even GIFs so they move! This keeps me very interested in the blog and I never want to stop scrolling. Just as the previous blog displayed, this blog has a convenient array of section tabs to take you to different parts of the blog. These tabs include things anywhere from "Vintage" to "Hair" to sections for each year going from 2008 - 2015! In addition to pictures and GIFs, this blog also incorporates videos into their theme! Educational, behind-the-scenes, and how-to-make videos are re-blogged onto this site for their followers to view. Personally, I enjoy this blog a lot; everything about it is beautiful and creative. My goal is to have my own fashion blog on Tumblr that is similar to this one. It is very organized and each picture is different and inspiring. I love this blog.
                     


One more Tumblr fashion blog is http://notordinaryfashion.tumblr.com/ . There are a few things I find appealing about this blog, and there a few things that I dislike, however, let's focus on the good things for right now! Each photo on this blog is clear, creative, and inspiring. Every garment shown here is different and creates a different emotion or feeling when it is looked upon. The types of clothing re-blogged are Haute Couture items, mostly from runway shows, and are incredibly helpful when you need inspiration for a new piece of clothing. Fashion blogs like these could use a little work, but for the most part, I enjoy scrolling through this blog.
