Big pants are BACK everyone!! According to a survey by John Lewis, people all across the nation are currently favoring larger pants and underwear, rather than thongs and shorts. After years and years, society has come to love big, baggy, comfy pants. The big pant is now considered beautiful to many! Many United Kingdom (UK) and United States fashion blogs have come to the conclusion that big pants are IN! These pants of the 60's and 70's have grown to be highly favored. Silky, soft, flowy fabrics used to make these pants make you feel sexy and free. Sheer fabric and funky, wild prints give a fun, spontaneous side to it. They have a beachy, hippie side to them, too! Each different style and pattern of these pants creates a different mood to the customer, or different mindset. Monochromatic high-waisted palazzo pants with side pockets creates a classy, business look with hints of the 70's. However, some claim they are not for everyone. The increase in popularity is due to a classy-casual look. While looking somewhat professional, your outfit can also be comfortable! The hard part about these pants is how they fit. Some styles are produced for taller women; some are made for petite women; some are made for plus-sized women, but sometimes it can be hard to find a style that is right for you if you are one of those in-between people.
